Dr. Ajit Madhukar Pophalkar

Dr. Ajit Madhukar Pophalkar is a highly trained and experienced ENT, Head & Neck Surgeon and the Founder and Consultant at NOVA ENT Clinic, Pune. Dr. Pophalkar has developed strong expertise across the full spectrum of ear, nose, throat, head and neck disorders, combining evidence-based medicine with advanced endoscopic surgical techniques.
He completed his MBBS from RCSM Government Medical College, Kolhapur, followed by DLO (ENT) from the renowned Sanjeevan Medical Foundation & PG ENT Institute, Miraj, and subsequently earned his DNB (ENT) from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. He has also done a Certificate course in vertigo and balance disorders. His academic training has been complemented by extensive hands-on experience in tertiary care government hospitals, teaching institutes, and high-volume private hospitals, allowing him to manage both routine and complex ENT conditions with confidence.
Dr. Pophalkar’s core areas of clinical interest include endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), diagnostic nasal endoscopy and videolaryngoscopy, management of chronic sinusitis, ear surgeries such as tympanoplasty, vertigo and balance disorders, voice and swallowing disorders, and comprehensive ENT OPD and IPD care. He is also experienced in the evaluation and management of neck swellings, thyroid disorders, and head & neck cancers, with a strong emphasis on early diagnosis and appropriate referral-based multidisciplinary care.
Before establishing NOVA ENT Clinic, Dr. Pophalkar served as Senior Resident (ENT) at prestigious institutions including YCM Postgraduate Institute Hospital, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Shri Ramchandra Institute of Medical Sciences, Aurangabad, and Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, New Delhi, as well as the ENT Hospital, Fort, Mumbai. These roles provided him with extensive exposure to emergency ENT care, complex surgical cases, and structured academic environments. He has also worked as a Consultant ENT Surgeon at Dr. Hedgewar Rugnalaya, Aurangabad, further strengthening his surgical and clinical expertise.
Dr. Kshipra Narkhede

Dr. Kshipra is a dedicated and
compassionate ENT surgeon known for her academic excellence and
patient-friendly approach. A meritorious student from school days, she
completed her MBBS from the prestigious Grant Medical College, Mumbai—one of
the oldest medical colleges in Asia.
She further pursued her DLO from
Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) with merit.
She has completed her DNB training from the renowned Dr.
Hedgewar Rugnalaya, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.
She has also served as Senior Resident (ENT) at a prestigious institute YCM Postgraduate Institute Hospital, Pimpri-Chinchwad.
With her extraordinary communication skills and empathetic nature, Dr. Kshipra Narkhede has earned immense popularity among children and senior citizens alike, making her a trusted and respected name in ENT care.
